“We have had multiple high dollar bike thefts in our area. I had a hit on LeadsOnline through NCIC. I did not get excited at first because I have had several potential hits that were not matches. On this occasion the hit was a match and we were able to recover a $1,000 bike and immediately had a suspect named. The proximity of the theft to the time of transaction gave us enough probable cause for three felony warrants. This was a big help in our arrest and a hopeful end to the stolen bikes.”
